摘要
介绍了汽车车门闭锁器的结构和工作原理,对螺旋传动进行了受力和自锁分析。将螺旋传动应用于汽车车门闭锁器中,计算了传动机构中齿轮和螺杆的参数,进行了齿轮弯曲疲劳强度校核和螺旋副校核,并进行了运动仿真。通过研究,验证了在汽车车门闭锁器中应用螺旋传动的可行性。
The structure and working principle of the automobile door fastener were introduced,and the stress and self locking of the helical gearing were analyzed.The helical gearing was applied to the automobile door fastener and the parameters of the gear and screw worm in the running gear were calculated,the bending fatigue strength of the gear and the helix pair were checked,and the motion simulation was performed.Through investigation,the feasibility of applying the helical gearing in the automobile door fastener was verified.
