摘要 针对永磁同步电机中电磁力作为电磁噪声主要激励源的问题,仿真分析12槽4极永磁同步电机径向电磁力的分布,从谐波成分和幅值两方面研究径向电磁力,并与电机固有频率相比较,判断径向电磁力是否容易造成共振。通过对比分析不同定子槽口宽度和磁体宽度对径向电磁力的分布及谐波幅值的影响,为进一步研究电机电磁噪声提供仿真分析依据,同时为电机优化设计提供参考。 Aiming at the problem that the electromagnetic force in the permanent magnet synchronous motor is the main excitation source of electromagnetic noise,we carried out simulation analysis of the distribution of the radial electromagnetic force of the 12-slot-4-pole permanent magnet synchronous motor,studied the radial electromagnetic force from the aspects of harmonic component and amplitude,and compared the results with the natural frequency of the motor to judge whether the radial electromagnetic force would cause resonance.By comparing and analyzing the influence of different stator slot width and magnet width on the radial electromagnetic force distribution and harmonic amplitude,we have provided basis for further analysis of motor electromagnetic noise,and reference for motor optimization design.
