摘要
通过探究磷酸铁前驱体形貌特征对合成的磷酸铁锂振实密度的影响规律。用JZ-1型粉体振实密度测试仪和SEM对产物形貌特征和振实密度进行了表征。通过研究发现,当添加的形貌控制剂为PEG时,所获得的磷酸铁具有均一的类球形颗粒,不仅可以提高磷酸铁锂的电化学性能,还可以提高它的振实密度;当PEG含量为0. 5%(按磷酸铁产出量计算)时,其振实密度最高,可以达到1. 41 g/cm3。
The effect of the morphology of ion phosphate precursor on the tap density of synthesized lithium iron phosphate was investigated.The morphology and density of the products were characterized by JZ-1 powder tap density tester and SEM.It was found that when the morphology control agent was PEG,the obtained iron phosphate appeared to be homogeneous spherical particles,which could not only improve the electrochemical performance of lithium iron phosphate,but also improve its tap density.When the content of PEG was 0.5%(calculated according to the output of iron phosphate),the tap density was the highest(1.41 g/cm 3).
