GC-MS联用技术结合化学计量学方法分析枳实枳壳挥发油成分 被引量:5

Comparative Analysis of Volatile Compositions of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus and Fructus Aurantii by GC-MS and Chemometrics Methods

摘要 利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取四川枳实和山西枳壳的挥发油成分,采用GC-MS联用技术结合化学计量学方法(直观推导式演进特征投影法和选择性离子检测法)进行分析,同时结合程序升温保留指数辅助定性。定量分析采用峰面积归一化法。结果从枳实中35种化合物,占相对总面积含量的83.07%;枳壳中鉴定出37种化合物,占相对总面积含量的97.74%。二者共有组分20种,主要为D-Limonene,枳实中为50.87%,枳壳中为64.41%。研究表明,将化学计量学方法用于中药挥发油成分的定性定量分析可提高分析结果的准确性。 Qualitative and quantitative analysis of volatile components in Fructus Aurantii Immaturus(FAI) and Fructus Aurantii(FA) were conducted in this paper.The volatile oil samples were extracted by water distillation and inverstigated by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) with the help of two chemometric resolution methods,heuristic evolving latent projections(HELP) and selective ion analysis(SIA).Meanwhile,temperature-programmed retention indices was also used in order to improve the reliability of qualitative analysis.As for quantitative analysis,overall volume integration technique was performed.Totally,thirty-five and thirty-seven components which account for 83.07% and 97.74% were tentatively identified from FAI and FA,respectively.Furthermore,twenty common components were identical in both of the tested samples,and the major constituent was D-Limonene,respectively occupied with 50.87% and 64.41%.The results achieved suggest that qualitative and quantitative analysis of volatile oils in traditional Chinese medicine by chemometrics methods can improve the accuracy of analysis result.
