摘要
依据测量不确定度评定与表示的方法,建立了气袋采样法测试汽车内饰件醛酮散发量不确定度评定的数学模型,并对测试过程中各不确定度分量的来源进行了分析和合成。结果表明,标准曲线的拟合、采样体积、充气体积、标液配制过程对测试结果有较大影响。通过增加曲线拟合的准确性,使用高精度的采样泵、流量计和流量矫正器保证采样体积、充气体积的精确性,选用合适的移液器具规范标液配制的操作,从而降低测量结果的不确定度,有利于提高检测的准确性和一致性。
Based on the method of uncertainty evaluation and expression,a mathematical model to Evaluate the uncertainty of Aldehyde and Ketone release quantity from vehicle interior parts by air bag sampling method is established,and the sources of every uncertainty component in process testing are analyzed and synthesized.The results show that the fitting of the standard curve,sampling volume,inflatable volume and preparation process of standard solution have great influence on test results.Through improving the accuracy of curve fitting,using high precision sampling pump,flow meter and flow calibrator to ensure the accuracy of sampling and inflatable volume,choosing the right pipetting devices to standardize the preparation process of standard solution,so as to reduce the uncertainty of measurement results.Finally,the accuracy and consistency of testing result will be improved.
