摘要 结合辽宁省重点输水工程地下泵站排水廊道固结灌浆实际情况,在给定相关技术参数的条件下,对其施工工艺过程和施工方法进行了分析。结果表明,本次固结灌浆施工方法效果显著,对地下泵站围岩的固结和阻水效果明显。但受单纯水泥灌浆影响浆液粘度等因素的限制,不能完全恢复围岩的结构完整性和抗渗性,建议在具备施工条件时辅以化学灌浆等措施。 In this paper,the author,combining with the actual situation in consolidation grouting construction for drainage gallery in underground pump station in key water conveyance project in Liaoning Province,under the condition of relative technical parameters given,carried out the analysis on its construction technological process and method.The results show that the effect of construction method in consolidation grouting construction is remarkable,and the effect in consolidating and preventing water for surrounding rock of underground pump station is obvious.But be bound by single cement grouting affecting on slurry viscosity and so on factors,the structure integrity and impermeability of surrounding rock can not be completely recovered.Therefore the author suggests that when the construction condition to be satisfied,chemical grouting and so on as secondary measure can be taken.
