摘要
将虚拟仿真技术应用于水利工程运行管理领域,建立三维实时动态虚拟仿真环境,利用3D图显技术,使工程运行管理人员能在虚拟环境下,实现水利工程运行状态的虚拟演示,再现水利工程的运行状态。该技术的应用不仅可以大大提高水利工程动态运行的控制能力,提高工作效率,降低管理损耗,同时对于水利工程运行管理水平的提升具有划时代的意义。
Applying virtual simulation technology in the field of operation and management of water conservancy projects to establish three-dimension dynamic real time virtual simulation environment for water projects,making it is possible for managers for project operation to realize the virtual demonstration in operation state of water projects under virtual environment,by means of three-dimension graphic display technology,reappearing operation state of water projects.Application of the technology not only can improve greatly control ability in dynamic operation of water projects,increase work efficiency and decrease management cost,but also it has epoch-making significance to lift operation and management level for water projects.
