摘要
本文以滚动轴承支承下的轴承转子系统作为研究对象,采用"虚拟振幅法"原理,通过控制预估振幅比,以M701F燃气轮机转子和支承参数作为依据,分析了振幅比随着转速变化优化前后的变化,结果表明,通过优化,支承质量从从34058降低到5404,振幅比也从从优化前的3.159降低到优化后的1.099,系统稳定得到很大提高。
This paper, the bearing rotor system supported by rolling bearings is taken as the research object. Based on M701F gas turbine rotor and support parameters, the change of amplitude ratio before and after optimization is analyzed by using the principle of "virtual amplitude method". The results show that the support quality is decreased from 34058 to 5404 and the amplitude ratio is decreased from 3.159 to 1.099, and the system stability is greatly improved.
