摘要
针对压载水管理系统电解单元这一非标大型装备的总装生产特点,将其固定工位生产方式改造为流水线生产方式,并对生产节拍、工位数量、工序同期化、人员配置、输送装置、细胞式辅助产线、场地布置等进行了组织设计,并导入MES提升计划、工序工时管理,使得生产效率等各项指标有较大幅度提升。
Based on general assembly production characteristics of non-standard large-scale equipment of ballast water management system electrolytic unit,transform its fixed station production mode into assembly line production mode,organize and design its production beat,station quantity,process synchronization,personnel allocation,conveying device,cellular auxiliary production line,site layout,etc.,and introduce MES promotion plan and process time management to improve production efficiency and other indicators greatly.
