Summary of the Flavor and Color Enriching Technology of Cigarette Filter Rod

本文从烟用滤棒的发展趋势入手,分别简述了已逐步应用的卷烟滤棒赋香技术与增味技术,主要介绍了不同的滤棒种类及其特点,即香线(片)滤棒、爆珠滤棒、复合滤棒、沟槽滤棒、纸质滤棒、同轴滤棒、异性滤棒、旋转滤棒,并列举了各类型滤棒典型的产品结构与功能设计与实现效果,并对卷烟滤棒的赋香增色技术进行了展望。

Development trend of cigarette filter rod was firstly introduced briefly in this paper, and the gradually applied technology of flavor and colour enriching approaches of cigarette filter rod were delivered, which mainly includes the different types and characteristics of filter rod, i.e. incense line(piece) filter rod, capsule filter rod, composite filter rod, groove filter rod, paper filter rod, coaxial filter rod, anisotropic filter rod and rotary filter rod. The typical product structures, function design and realization effect of each filter rod was summarized, and the technology trend of adding fragrance and color to cigarette filter rod were prospected.
