摘要 黄沙岭隧道在掘进过程中,三次穿越G318国道上方的水沟,岩体破碎,地下水属基岩裂隙水,涌水量较大,致使掌子面一度停止施工,给施工带来极大的安全隐患。通过对涌水状况分析,采取了对掌子面裂隙水进行封堵、引排,将Ⅳ型衬砌变更为Vb型衬砌,在拱部施作超前周壁预注浆,结合隧道围岩裂隙局部注浆、全断面帷幕注浆等措施,从而顺利地完成涌水段施工。 During the excavation process of Huangshaling Tunnel, the ditch above G318 national highway was been traversed three times, so the rock mass was broken, and the flow of the bedrock fissure water that the ground water belongs to is large. As a result, the construction of the tunnel face was stopped at one time, which brings great safety risks to the construction. Based on the analysis of water inrush condition, this paper adopts he sealing and drainage of the face fissure water, changes the Ⅳ type lining to Vb type lining, applies the pre-grouting in the arch in the the advance peripheral wall, combines with the local grouting of the tunnel surrounding rock fissure, the full section curtain grouting and other measures, so as to successfully complete the construction of the water inrush section.
