摘要
塑料因其优异的性能被广泛用于国民经济的各个领域。塑料制品给人类生活带来便利的同时,也带来了极大的负效应。回收再生造粒为废旧塑料处理提供了一条资源化道路,既减少废旧塑料对环境的污染,又实现能源的再生利用。废旧塑料再生造粒,既不同于就地掺混,也不同于复合改性。它的标准是原位修复,实际上就是以回收塑料为加工主体去实现原生塑料的过程。本文介绍再生造粒过程中的力学性能修复的方法及加工技术。
Plastic is widely used in various fields of national economy because of its excellent properties.While plastic products bring convenience to human life,they also bring great negative effects.Recycling granulation provides a recycling way for waste plastics treatment,which can not only reduce the pollution of waste plastics to the environment,but also realize the renewable utilization of energy.Waste plastic recycled granulation,not only different from the local mixing,but also different from the compound modification.Its standard is in-situ repair,which is actually the process of using recycled plastics as the main processing body to achieve primary plastics.In this paper,the methods and processing techniques of mechanical properties repair in the process of regenerating granulation are introduced.
