摘要
由于燃煤电厂脱硫FGD吸收塔浆液中油份会直接影响系统的整体性能,因此研究精确测试吸收塔浆液中油份的方法具有重要意义。本文通过多因素组合实验,优化了萃取方式、样品体积和萃取剂用量等因素的组合方式,确定了精确测试吸收塔浆液中油份的方法,并对样品进行了精密度和加标回收测试,研究结果表明,该方法具有良好的可行性和准确性。
It is of great significance to study the method of accurately measuring the oil content of the absorption tower,because the oil content of the desulphurization FGD absorption tower in the coal-fired power plant will directly affect the overall performance of the system.In this paper,through multi factor combination experiment,we optimized combination of extraction methods,sample volume and extraction agent Then we determined a method that can precisely test the content of oil in the absorption tower.We further carried out the precision and recovery test,which shows that this method has good feasibility and accuracy.
