石油企业管理存在的问题及解决对策研究

Research on Problems Existing in the Management of Petroleum Enterprise and Countermeasures

本文针对如今我国石油企业管理中所存在的不具备有较强的创新意识等问题展开讨论,探究了在石油企业面临的创新手段有限、创新方法过于单一等问题,对于石油企业管理体制、机制和管理人员的基本理念过于落后等一系列问题进行深入探讨,并且在对这些问题进行研究的基础之上,提出了针对性的解决措施。指出了想要做好石油企业内部管理,就必须不断引入创新型概念,同时以创新型的方法,做好企业内部的创新管理工作,这样才能进一步促进石油企业更好的生存以及发展。

This paper discusses the problems existing in the management of petroleum enterprises in our country,such as the lack of a strong sense of innovation.It explores the problems faced by petroleum enterprises,such as the limited means of innovation,too single methods of innovation,and makes a depth discussion on a series of problems,such as the backward management system,mechanism and basic concepts of managers.Besides,based on the research of these problems,the paper puts forward the corresponding solutions.It is pointed out that in order to do a good job in the internal management of petroleum enterprises,it is necessary to introduce the concept of innovation constantly,and at the same time,to do a good job in the internal innovation management of enterprises with innovative methods,so as to further promote the survival and development of petroleum enterprises.
