选煤厂电气设备干扰分析及措施研究

Interference Analysis and Measures Research of Electrical Equipment in Coal Preparation Plant

随着科技的不断进步,电气设备在工业生产中得到了广泛的应用,有效的促进了生产效率的提高。但与此同时,也带来了很多问题,比如在选煤厂的生产过程中,就常常发生电气干扰的问题,给生产的正常运行造成了极大困扰,且随着重型设备的进一步投入使用,电气干扰也变得越来越严重,不仅影响设备运行的稳定性,甚至有可能引发安全事故,造成人员、财产的损失。针对这一问题,本文首先对选煤厂的电气干扰源进行了分析,进而提出了相应的抗干扰措施。

With the continuous progress of science and technology,electrical equipment has been widely used in industrial production,effectively promoting the improvement of production efficiency.But at the same time,it also brings a lot of problems.For example,in the production process of coal preparation plant,the problem of electrical interference often occurs,causing great trouble to the normal operation of production.And with the further use of heavy equipment,the electrical interference has become more and more serious,not only affecting the operation stability of equipment,but also possibly causing safety accidents,resulting in loss of personnel and property.To solve this problem,this paper first analyzes the electrical interference sources in coal preparation plant,and then puts forward corresponding anti-interference measures.
