炮掘煤巷多工序平行作业快速掘进技术研究

摘要 为提高炮掘煤巷掘进工效,基于同煤集团某煤矿炮掘煤巷工程概况,提出了应采用炮掘多工序平行作业的快速掘进技术进行掘进作业,具体介绍了传统支护工艺,并对传统支护工艺进行了改造,实际应用结果表明,通过对炮掘的临时支护进行有效的改善,巷道内多个工序可以实现平行作业,这样不仅可以节约支护的时间,让各工序更紧密的衔接,而且可有效利用工时,提高掘进效益。 In order to improve the driving efficiency of blasting coal roadway,based on the general situation of blasting coal roadway engineering in a coal mine of Datong Coal Mine Group,it is proposed that the rapid driving technology of blasting multi-process parallel operation should be adopted for driving operation.This paper specifically introduces the traditional support technology,and transforms the traditional support technology.The actual application results show that through effective improvement of the temporary support of blasting excavation,multiple working procedures in the roadway can realize parallel operation,which not only can save the support time,make each working procedure more closely connected,but also can effectively use the working hours and improve the excavation efficiency.
