摘要
钛合金属于难切削加工材料,本文首先分析了钛合金材料的难加工性能以及钛合金机加工艺参数对机加效率的影响,选择适用于工件的机加工艺参数,制订了工件的加工路线后,对工装、刀具、冷却液、切削参数等方面进行分析和选择,经过不断尝试及摸索,总结出某产品钛合金工件的机加工艺方法,大大提高了零件的合格率。
