检测粘胶输送管道压力监控装置分析

目前,我国粘胶短纤维生产中去除粘胶气泡与粘胶过滤是制备粘胶的两个重要环节,其关系到最终的粘胶生产质量以及企业生产中相关设备的运行状态,而粘胶输送管道压力与粘胶气泡产生、粘胶过滤效果有着密不可分的联系,因此,也使得检测粘胶输送管道压力成为一项重要的工作,得到行业越来越高的重视。基于此,文章重点分析检测粘胶输送管道压力的监控装置,以便使有效监测粘胶输送管道压力的方法与工具广泛应用到粘胶生产当中。

at present,viscose staple fiber in our country subsist during removal of viscose bubbles and viscose filter are two important link in the preparation of viscose,its relationship to the final quality of viscose production and relevant equipment running status,in enterprise production and viscose pipeline pressure and viscose bubbles,viscose filtering effect of the intimate contact,therefore,also makes the detection of viscose pipeline pressure to become an important work,get the attention of the industry more and more high.Based on this,this paper focuses on analyzing the monitoring device for detecting the pressure of viscose conveying pipeline,so as to make the methods and tools for effectively monitoring the pressure of viscose conveying pipeline widely used in viscose production.
