摘要
目前在我国,教育事业发展尤为重要,而为了培养更多针对不同年级的专业教师,各所高校纷纷开设师范专业,为优秀教师培训创造有利条件。专科学校作为培养幼儿教师的重要场所,也需要结合实际情况,在教学方面做出调整,适应现下教师培训需求。本文将结合实际情况,对幼儿师范生专科生混合式教学能力的培养策略进行详细分析,以期为今后开展的有关教育工作提供宝贵参考。
at present in our country,the development of education is particularly important,and in order to train more for the different grades of professional teachers,colleges and universities have opened the normal professional,for excellent teacher training to create favorable conditions.As an important place to train preschool teachers,junior college also needs to make adjustments in teaching to meet the needs of teacher training.Combined with the actual situation,this paper will analyze in detail the cultivation strategies of mixed teaching ability of junior college students in the hope of providing valuable reference for the future education work.
