在特殊教育学校采取小积分的特殊管理颁发,既利于规范言行,更利于激发特殊儿童的自觉行为。其实施办法是由基础积分、奖励积分和扣分三部分组成,每周进行一次测评,每个月进行一次汇总。实践的效果比较明显,特别是对课堂教学、融合教育和学习习惯带来巨大影响和变化。
