主变压器是变电站最核心的一次设备,在新建变电站工程施工中主变的安装、调试工作至关重要,将直接影响到变电站的安全稳定运行。本文以500 kV单相主变压器为研究对象,对在运输车辆转运至基础、就位过程中容易出现的验收问题进行归纳,分别为基础问题、本体及附件问题、就位过程问题,对就位关键环节进行分析,提出管控措施,最后以调整主变中心及重心位置、核对冲撞记录仪数据方面落地,形成闭环。希望可供500 kV单相主变压器设备安装及维护相关专业人员参考。

The main transformer is the core equipment of the substation.The installation and debugging of the main transformer is very important in the construction of the new substation,which directly affects the safe operation of the substation.The safe and stable operation of the transformer is closely related to the design,manufacture,installation,commissioning,use and maintenance of the transformer.This paper takes 500 kV single-phase main transformer as the research object,selects the process of 500 kV single-phase main transformer transferring from the transport vehicle to the foundation,summarizes the acceptance problems that are easy to occur in the process of positioning,including the basic problems,the problems of the body and accessories,and the problems in the process of positioning,analyzes the key links of positioning,puts forward the control measures,and fi nally adjusts the center and center of gravity of the main transformer The whole paper can be used as a reference for the installation and maintenance of 500 kV single-phase main transformer.
