基于纳秒脉冲电压的固体绝缘材料缺陷检测 被引量:2

摘要 文中搭建了重复频率纳秒脉冲电压下局部放电检测平台,输出电压幅值30 k V、脉冲前沿100 ns,半高宽120 ns,重复频率最大10 kHz。在纳秒脉冲电压激励下,试品中的缺陷产生局部放电,局部放电的次数与所施加脉冲数一致,放电重复性好,放电量和局部放电起始电压易于统计,局部放电参量便于提取;连续脉冲下,可以通过试品放电量的变化过程来判断试品缺陷的发展情况。因此,纳秒脉冲电压可用于试品的绝缘缺陷检测,有助于开展固体绝缘材料在局部放电作用下破坏过程和机理的研究。 In this paper,a partial discharge detection platform with repeated frequency nanosecond pulse voltage is built.The amplitude of output voltage is 30 kV,the pulse front is 100 ns,the half-width is 120 ns,and the repetition frequency is 10 kHz.Under the excitation of nanosecond pulse voltage,defects of the test sample produce partial discharge.The number of partial discharge is consistent with the number of applied pulse.The repeatability of discharge is good.The discharge quantity and the initial discharge voltage are easy to be counted,the partial discharge parameters are easy to be extract.Under continuous pulse,the development of defective can be judged by the change process of the discharge quantities of the sample.Therefore,the nanosecond pulse voltage can be used to detect the insulation defect of the sample,and it is helpful to study the destruction process and mechanism of the solid insulating material under partial discharge.
