摘要 简要介绍了304H奥氏体不锈钢丙烷脱氢(PDH)反应器的焊后热处理工艺,针对反应器的设计结构以及材料本身的特性,通过热应力分析,制定了合理的炉内热处理工艺;参照WRC-452制定了合理的环缝局部热处理工艺;同时通过多点温度采集仪对温度的记录,有效减少了工件的温差,解决了304H整体容器高温焊后热处理的技术难题,为今后同类设备的制造提供可行性经验。 The postweld heat treatment process of PDH reactor made of 304H austenitic stainless steel was described.For the designed structure of the reactor and the characteristics of the material,by means of thermal stress analysis,reasonable PWHT process in furnace was developed.Reasonable local PWHT for circumferential seam was prepared with reference to WRC-452.At the same time,the temperature difference between workpieces was effectively reduced by temperature record with temperature data collection instrument at multiple spots.The technical difficulty in the high-temperature PWHT of 304H austenitic stainless steel pressure vessel as a whole were effectively solved,which provides experience in manufacture feasibility of 304H stainless steel.
