三维凹凸棒石-氧化石墨烯的制备及其吸附性能 被引量:3

摘要 以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为耦合剂、己二醇为键合分子,制备了三维凹凸棒石,采用水热法制备了三维凹凸棒石-氧化石墨烯复合材料,分析了复合材料的结构和形貌,研究了三维凹凸棒石-氧化石墨烯吸附环丙沙星的热力学和动力学特性。结果表明:制备的复合材料对环丙沙星的吸附过程符合Langmuir等温吸附方程,吸附焓变和熵变分别为-0.16 kJ/mol和0.15 J/(mol·K),表现为自发的物理吸附,遵循准二级动力学方程。研究结果为凹凸棒石及其他矿物基三维载体的制备提供了新办法。 As three-dimensional attapulgite was prepared by using toluene diisocyanate(TDI)as a coupling agent and hexanediol as a bounding agent molecule.The three-dimensional attapulgite-graphene oxide composite was prepared by a hydrothermal method.Thermodynamic and kinetic characterisities of three-dimensional attapulgite-graphene oxide adsorbed on ciprofloxacin were studied.The results show that the adsorption process of ciprofloxacin by the prepared composite material is in accordance with the Langmuir isotherm adsorption equation.The changes in adsorption enthalpy and entropy are-0.16 kJ/mol and 0.15 J/(mol·K),respectively,which appear as spontaneous physical adsorption and follow quasi-second-order kinetic equations.The research results provide a new method for the preparation of attapulgite and other mineral-based three-dimensional carriers.
