工业废渣制备多孔陶瓷及性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用粉煤灰和锰渣等工业废渣及高岭土作为主原料,制备多孔陶瓷。改变锰渣、粉煤灰及高岭土含量,讨论其对多孔陶瓷抗压强度及吸水率的影响。结果表明,多孔陶瓷抗压强度随着锰渣含量的增加而增大,随着高岭土含量的增加而先增加后减小,随着粉煤灰含量的增加而先减小后增大。多孔陶瓷吸水率随着粉煤灰含量的增加先增加后减小,随着锰渣含量的增加而增加,但是增幅不明显。综合考虑,当烧结温度为950℃并保温90 min,成型压力为40 MPa时,以高岭土15 g、电解锰渣14 g、粉煤灰9 g、玻璃粉4 g和钡渣3 g为原料配比,得到的多孔陶瓷的抗压强度、吸水率和显气孔率最为合适。 Porous ceramics were prepared with kaolin and industrial waste such as fly ash and manganese slag.The effects of the compressive strength and water absorption of porous ceramics were discussed by changing the content of manganese slag,fly ash and kaolin.The results showed that the compressive strength of porous ceramics increased with the increase of manganese slag,increased first and then decreased with the increase of kaolin,decreased at first and then increased with the increase of fly ash.The water absorption of porous ceramics first increased and then decreased with the increase of fly ash,and increased with manganese slag increasing,but the increasing rage is not obvious.When the sintering temperature was 950℃and holding time was 90 minutes,forming pressure is 40 MPa,content of kaolin,manganese slag,fly ash,glass dust,barium slag were 15 g,14 g,9 g,4 g,3 g,the compressive strength,water absorption and apparent porosity of porous ceramics were the best considering all these factors.
