基于功率传输比的抽油机井地面效率计算新方法 被引量:3

A New Method for Calculating the Ground Efficiency of Rod-Pumped Wells Based on the Power Transmission Ratio

摘要 针对抽油机井生产优化时电机输入功率较难精准计算,造成电机匹配不合理、生产成本增加、载荷利用率低以及地面效率低等问题,基于抽油机井地面设备运动过程中能量传递特征分析,以抽油机地面功率损失模型及悬点规律为基础,引入功率传输比,并基于实时监测数据的最小二乘法推算,建立了基于历史数据挖掘的地面效率理论计算新模型。经现场11160井次数据的回归分析与2790井次数据的精度检验,理论计算新模型的平均相对误差为5.37%,比传统经验模型平均相对误差减少了6.34百分点;并以G管理单元23口油井进行应用分析,新模型输入功率的平均相对误差为9.51%,与传统经验模型和分节点计算模型相比,其精准度分别提高了1.62百分点和3.18百分点。研究成果可为油井生产优化时精确计算电机输入功率以及合理选择电机型号提供指导。 Pertinent to the issues,such as the improper motor matching,lower load utilization rate and lower ground efficiency,caused by the trouble to accurately calculate the motor input power during pumping unit production optimization,a new theoretical calculation model for ground efficiency was established through historical data mining on the basis of the analysis of the energy transfer characteristics of the ground equipment of the pumping unit in the process of movement.The new model is built based on the pumping unit ground power loss model and polished rod motion rules and introduced the power transmission ratio.Subject to a regression analysis with 11160 well time data and an accuracy check with 2790 well time data,the average relative error was 5.37%,reduced by 6.34%as compared with the traditional empirical model.In addition,subject to an applied analysis with the 23 oil wells in G administrative unit,the relative error of the input power of the new model was 9.51%,the accuracies were improved by 1.62%and 3.18%respectively as compared with the traditional empirical model and partial node calculation model.The study results may provide a guidance for the precision calculation of motor input power and reasonable selection of motors during oil well production optimization.
