中国建筑业动态绿色全要素生产率测度研究

Measuring the Dynamic Green Total Factor Productivity of China's Construction Industry

为弥补已有动态绿色全要素生产率(GTFP)测度方法合理性不足的问题,构建了一种改进的Global Malmquist Luenberger(GML)生产率指数,并将其用于合理评估2011~2017年期间中国建筑业动态GTFP。研究发现:与标准GML生产率指数相比,改进的GML生产率指数能够更合理地测度动态GTFP;2011~2014年期间,GML大于1,表明建筑业GTFP持续增长;在2015~2017年期间,GML从0.986下降至0.971,表明建筑业GTFP下降;中国建筑业GTFP发展存在明显的区域异质性。研究结果为中国建筑业低碳转型政策制定提供了科学依据,对于提高其他行业或国家动态GTFP评估的准确性具有参考价值。

To enhance the effectiveness of the previous methods for measuring dynamic green total factor productivity(GTFP),this study has proposed an improved Global Malmquist-Luenberger(GML)productivity index,which aimed to evaluate the dynamic GTFP of the Chinese construction industry during the period 2011-2017. The results show that the improved GML productivity index is more reasonable than the common GML productivity index in terms of measuring dynamic GTFP;during 2011-2014,GML was greater than 1,thereby indicating that the GTFP of the construction industry kept increasing;in the period of 2015-2017,GML has declined from 0.986 to 0.971,indicating that the GTFP of the construction industry decreased;there was a clear regional heterogeneity in the development of GTFP of the local construction industries. The findings provide a solid reference for the development of CO2 emissions reduction policies for the Chinese construction industry,which is instructive for improving the rationality of dynamic GTFP evaluation in other industries and countries.
