利益相关者视阈下的BIM应用价值与阻碍问题研究

Empirical Study on the Value and Barrier of BIM Implementation From the Perspective of Stakeholders

高投资回报率是BIM得以在建筑工程项目迅速普及和发展的显著动因之一,以往文献多以工程案例或实证分析探讨其应用价值或主要阻碍问题,忽略了组合影响与利益相关者的利益博弈,所得结论单一缺失共识性。基于利益相关者理论,从学术谱系回溯高被引文献,构建应用价值与阻碍问题影响因子;以中国建筑业协会BIM专家库作为样本框进行非概率性随机抽样获得104个样本,通过探索性因子分析评价BIM的应用价值权重,以及应用中存在的主要障碍问题,为项目参与方提供管理、投资或决策参考,为促进BIM技术应用发展提出建议。

High return on investment is one of the major motivations for the rapid promotion and development of BIM in construction projects. The majority of previous studies used engineering cases or empirical analysis to discuss its application value or main obstacles, ignoring the combination effect and the games between stakeholders. The conclusion is single and lacks consensus. Based on the stakeholder theory, the highly cited studies are traced back from the academic pedigree to construct the application value and the influencing factors of blocking problems. Taking the BIM expert database of the China Construction Association as a sample frame, 104 samples were obtained through non-probabilistic random sampling. The application value weight of BIM and the main obstacles in application were evaluated through exploratory factor analysis. The findings of this study can provide management, investment or decision-making reference for project participants and make suggestions for promoting the application and development of BIM technology.
