三种光固化树脂窝沟封闭剂性能的体外研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:评估三种树脂型窝沟封闭剂的微渗漏、抗剪切粘接强度和抗压强度,为临床选择封闭剂提供参考。方法:以Conseal、UltraSeal和Clinpro树脂封闭剂为研究对象。选取健康无龋的上颌第一前磨牙30颗,随机分组后用三种封闭剂行窝沟封闭,冷热循环5000次后,进行染料渗透试验和扫描电镜观察,评价封闭剂微渗漏情况。按要求制作试件,用万能材料试验机测试三种封闭剂的抗剪切粘接强度和抗压强度。三种材料微渗漏的比较用Kruskal Wallis H检验,抗剪切粘接强度、抗压强度比较采用单因素方差分析。结果:三种封闭剂均存在微渗漏,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。电镜观察可见:Conseal封闭剂与牙釉质结合界面有裂缝存在,封闭剂内部有碎裂;UltraSeal封闭剂与釉质完全结合,材料内部无碎裂;Clinpro封闭剂与牙釉质结合界面连续,封闭剂内部有碎裂。Conseal和Clinpro的抗剪切粘接强度高于UltraSeal(P<0.05)。UltraSeal的抗压强度高于Conseal和Clinpro(P<0.05)。结论:三种封闭剂性能各有优劣,UltraSeal的总体性能最佳。 Objective:To assess and compare the microleakage,shear bond strength and compressive strength of three kinds of light-cured resin-based pit and fissure sealants.Methods:Conseal,Ultraseal and Clinpro sealants were selected as subjects.Thirty healthy maxillary premolars extracted with orthodontic reasons were collected and divided into 3 groups randomly(n=10).All the teeth were sealed with three sealtants,respectively.Dye penetration test and SEM observation were carried out with teeth after immersion in cold water at 5℃and hot water at 55℃alternately for 5000 times to assess the microleakage of the sealed teeth.The shear bond strength and compressive strength of the sealants were measured.SPSS software was used for the statistical analysis.Kruskal Wallis H test was utilized for the comparison of microleakage and One-way ANOVA for the shear bond strength and compressive strength test.Results:There were microleakages in all teeth sealed with three sealants and there was no statistical significance among three groups(P>0.05).The SEM photographs showed that UltraSeal bonded with enamel completely and there was no crack in the material,that there was crack at the interface between Conseal sealant and enamel,and inside the sealant material,that Clinpro sealant closely bonded to enamel whereas there was crack in the sealant material.The shear bond strengths of Conceal and Clinpro were statistically higher than that of Ultraseal(P<0.05).The compressive strength of Ultraseal was statistically higher that than of Conceal and Clinpro.Conclusion:All three sealants show different microleakage and mechanical properties and Ultraseal sealant has better properties than the two others.
