摘要
针对现有的电火花线切割循环单向走丝机构存在的缺点,对循环单向走丝机构提出了一种优化设计新方案.基于循环单向走丝原理,设计了导丝杆组成轴辊式循环单向走丝机构.通过对导丝杆的空间位置的设计构建出循环单向走丝的等价螺旋面,并通过分析计算获得合理的导丝杆的根数.并对电极丝在运动过程中可能存在的打滑问题进行了建模分析,提出了防止打滑的技术措施.
Aiming at the existing shortcomings of the circulatory unidirectional wire moving mechanism of WEDM.A new optimum design scheme is proposed for the design of the circulatory unidirectional wire moving mechanism.Based on the principle of circulatory unidirectional wire moving,a circulatory unidirectional wire moving mechanism composed of guide wire rod is designed,and the equivalent spiral surface of circular one-way wire through the design of the space position of the guide wire rod is constructed.
