摘要
颅脑损伤(TBI)是颅内静脉窦血栓形成(CVST)众多病因中较少见的一种。TBI相关CVST的临床表现缺乏特异性,治疗方面存在争议,具有较高的漏诊率和死亡率,应提高对该病的认识及重视。本文就近年来国内外关于TBI相关CVST方面的研究进展作一综述。
Traumatic brain injury(TBI)is a rare cause of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis(CVST).We should pay more attention to TBI associated CVST for its various common clinical manifestations,controversial treatments,higher false negative rate and higher mortality rate.This article reviews the domestic and foreign research status about TBI associated CVST.
