高校语言人才的区域性培养探究——以内蒙古自治区为例

Research on Language Personnel's District Producing

语言教育不仅要与国家的社会发展阶段相适应,更要与各高校所在区域的语言、经济、文化的具体发展需求相匹配。文章以内蒙古自治区为例,围绕内蒙古地区语言、文化与经济的发展现状,指出目前内蒙古高校语言人才培养与本区域社会发展不相匹配的事实,并针对当前内蒙古高校语言教育中存在的问题,从宏观布局和微观操作两个层面对未来语言人才的区域性培养做了有益的思考与建议。

language education should not only meet the social development of the country.But also meet the requirement on language,economy,and culture of the specific district.the article takes the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as an example,indicates that the language personnel producing of Inner Mongolia has not match the local social development at present.Therefore,the article gives the specific ideas and suggestions from microscopical and microcosmic views on how to realize language personnel's District Producing.
