摘要
食品分类和编码是实现食品安全监督管理、建立营养和食品消费数据库的必要手段。通过对国际食品法典委员会、欧盟、日本、美国和国内有关监管部门及国家标准中若干个食品分类和编码体系进行横向比较研究,分析各体系间的异同,提出我国食品分类编码体系存在的主要问题,并提出解决方法,为我国制定更加系统的食品分类和编码体系提供科学依据。
Food classification and coding is a necessary means of achieving food safety supervision and management,and establishing a database of nutrition and food consumption.Through a horizontal comparative study of several food classification and coding systems in the Codex Alimentarius Commission,the European Union,Japan,the United States,and relevant domestic regulatory agencies and national standards.We found out the advanced aspects of foreign classification and coding systems and the main problems in China,and proposed effective solutions to provide scientific reference for the development of a more systematic food classification and coding system.
