基于《国家基本药物目录》的山东省基本药物使用分析

The list of national essential medicines-based analysis of use of essential medicines in Shandong Province

目的:根据《国家基本药物目录》的变动,讨论山东省基本药物的使用情况。方法:采用描述性分析方法,对山东省2016年基本药物配备采购情况进行统计分析。结果:2016年山东省样本医疗机构共配备3176种药物,其中化学药品占68.14%,中成药占31.86%。按照2012版基本药物目录,基本药物配备率为28.34%;按照2018版基本药物目录,基本药物配备率为32.46%;基本药物品增幅为14.56%。2016年样本医疗机构药物总采购金额约为13.31亿元,基本药物采购金额占总采购金额的15.32%;按照2018版基本药物目录,基本药物采购金额增幅为7.37%。结论:按新基本药物目录,基本药物配备率均有所提高;二、三级医疗机构基本药物配备率低,采购金额占比较低,各级医院应注重基本药物的配备与采购。

Objective To analyze the use of essential medicines in Shandong Province according to the changes in The list of national essential medicines.Methods The purchase of allocated essential medicines in Shandong Province in 2016 was analyzed by descriptive analysis.Results A total of 3176 medicines were allocated in the sample hospitals of Shandong Province in 2016 with chemical drugs and prepared traditional Chinese medicines accounted for 68.14%and 31.86%respectively.The rate of allocated essential medicines was 28.34%according to 2012 edition of The list of national essential medicines and was 32.46%according to 2018 edition of The list of national essential medicines with an increase of 14.56%of essential medicines.The total sum of RMB for the sample hospitals to purchase the essential medicines was 1.331 billion yuan.The sum of RMB for purchasing essential medicines accounted 15.32%of total sum of RMB for purchasing essential medicines.The increased rate of RMB for purchasing essential medicines was 7.37%according to the 2018 edition of The list of national essential medicines.Conclusion The rate of allocated essential medicines is increased according to the list of new essential medicines.The rate of allocated essential medicines for secondary and tertiary class hospitals is low.The hospitals at different levels should thus pay their attention to the allocation and purchase of essential medicines.
