关于网络空间中的地缘政治张力的探究——以“数字丝路”的建设与发展为例

A Research on Geopolitical Tension in Cyberspace——Based on the Case Study of"Digital Silk Road"

随着全球范围内数字基础设施建设的不断完善,人类对于网络以及信息通讯技术的依赖日益增长,作为物理空间同态映射的网络空间逐渐成型。与此同时,网络空间之中的地缘政治张力也日益凸显,大有成为各国家和区域之间交互博弈的新战场之势。以“数字丝路”的建设与发展为出发点,在厘清“数字丝路”发展脉络以及现状的同时,呈现出“数字丝路”在网络空间中的地缘政治内涵。

With the improvement and gradual completion of digital infrastructures worldwide,human beings are becoming increasingly dependent on cyber and information and communication technologies.As the homomorphic mapping of the physical space,cyberspace gradually comes into form.At the same time,the geopolitical tension in cyberspace looms so large that cyberspace possesses the tendency of becoming a new area for actors from different states and regions to be pitted against.Based on the case study of development of"Digital Silk Road",this article attempts to clarify its past and status and presents its geopolitical implication in cyberspace.
