复杂工况下高边坡预裂爆破技术及施工工艺研究 被引量:7

摘要 以漳州核电一期场地平整开挖边坡工程为研究背景,在31~36轴43.5~53.5 m高程处的边坡爆破开挖过程中,由于同一层边坡不同位置的标高不同,且坡比在1∶0.6~1∶0.75之间渐变,造成边坡预裂爆破施工技术难度增大。通过对施工重难点分析,结合以往类似预裂爆破经验,分别从孔径d、孔距a、不耦合系数B、装药线密度q、孔深H、倾斜角度等爆破参数进行了详细的设计,在现场施工过程中从测量定位、孔位确定、钻孔、装药、填塞及网路连接等重点环节施工工艺进行了阐述。通过对爆后效果观察,效果良好。 The slope project of the first phase of Zhangzhou Nuclear Power Plant is taken as the research background.During the slope blasting excavation process on the 31~36 axis and 43.5~53.5 m elevation,the elevation of different positions of the same layer slope is different,and the slope ratio changed from 1∶0.6 to 1∶0.75,which made the pre-splitting blasting of the slope more difficult.Based on the analysis of the key and difficult points in the construction and previous similar pre-splitting blasting experience,the blasting parameters such as hole diameter d,hole distance a,uncoupling coefficient B,linear charge density q,hole depth H and inclination angle were designed in detail.Meanwhile,the key links such as surveying and positioning,hole location determination,drilling,charging,filling and network connection were described.Through the observation after blasting,the effect was good.The experience can provide a reference for similar projects.
