摘要
4栋未完工的整浇全剪力墙结构高层住宅楼控制爆破拆除工程,综合考虑作业安全、塌落振动和后续清运便利等因素而采用双切口单向折叠一次起爆微差分批倒塌的控制爆破方案。通过对切口范围内剪力墙体采用由“面”变“柱”的预处理、试爆调整药量、以及利用数码电子雷管与导爆管雷管优化起爆网路编排4栋楼房不同倾倒方向和起爆时差等技术,共钻孔23408个,总装药量780 kg,在环节复杂和工期短的条件下成功实现了4栋剪力墙高层楼房的折叠爆破倾倒。工程还进一步证明楼房拆除爆破的前期试爆很重要。
For the controlled blasting demolition of four unfinished high-rise residential buildings with integrally poured and full-shear wall structures,taking into account factors such as operational safety,slump vibration,and convenience for subsequent clearance and transportation,a dual-cut unidirectional folding one-time initiation micro-differential batch collapse control blasting scheme is adopted.By using the pretreatment of"face"to"column"for the shear wall in the cut range,adjusting the explosive test charge,and using the digital electronic detonator and ignition detonator to optimize the initiation network,the four buildings have different falling directions and initiation time.A total of 23408 drilled holes and charge of 780 kg explosives were used in this blasting demolition.Four high-rise buildings with shear walls were successfully achieved by folding blasting under the conditions of complex links and short construction periods.Furthermore,thi project proves that the preliminary test of the blasting demolition is very important.
