摘要
针对捻股机生产加工钢帘线的放卷过程中张力不恒定的问题,对放卷过程传动系统进行动态转动分析,建立恒张力控制的数学模型,并提出一种基于放线工字轮半径实时前馈辅以比例控制的新型控制策略。仿真分析表明,相较于传统PID张力控制,该新型控制策略能有效提高恒张力控制中的关键控制因子——放线半径预测的准确性,改善张力输出精度,提高张力输出的动态稳定性和抗干扰能力,实现钢帘线放卷过程中恒张力控制的预想效果。
In order to solve the problem that the instability of steel cord in the manufacturing unwinding process,a dynamic rotation analysis is carried out on the transmission system,a constant tension control mathematical model is established,and a new control strategy on paying-off spool’s real-time radius feedforward and proportional control is proposed.Simulation analysis shows that compared with the traditional PID tension control,the proposed new control strategy can effectively improve the accuracy of the key control factor,i.e.,paying-off spool’s radius forecast,in constant tension control.Therefore,the precision,dynamic stability,and antiinterference capability of tension output are improved,so the expected effect of constant tension control in steel cord unwinding process is realized.
