江苏省农村妇女生命质量现状及其影响因素

Study on the Status and Influencing Factors of Rural Women's Quality of Life in Jiangsu Province

目的:了解江苏省农村妇女生命质量现状及影响因素,为推动新农村的和谐发展提供参考。方法:采用分层随机抽样方法对江苏省农村妇女进行生命质量(WHOQOL-BREF)调查。结果:江苏省农村妇女生命质量各维度得分,生理(13.87±2.11)、心理(13.64±2.14)、社会关系(13.90±2.29)及环境维度(13.04±2.21)。生命质量的影响因素包括文化程度、劳作压力、躯体健康状况、婆媳关系、睡眠质量、休闲时间、家庭年收入、教育孩子压力、关照老人频率、政府支持、夫妻感情、就医及时性等。结论:江苏省农村妇女生命质量状况较差,应提高其文化素养,提倡健康生活方式,建立农村家庭矛盾调解机制及社会支持网络等提高其生命质量。

Objective:To understand the current situation and influencing factors of quality of life of the rural women in Jiangsu province,and to provide a reference for promoting the harmonious development of the new countryside.Methods:A stratified random sampling method was used to survey the quality of life(WHOQOL-BREF)of rural women in Jiangsu province.Results:Scores of physical,psychological,social relationships and environmental dimension of rural women in Jiangsu province were(13.87±2.11),(13.64±2.14),(13.90±2.29),(13.04±2.21),respectively.The main influence factors consisted of level of education,pressure of labor,physical health,the relationship between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law,quality of sleep,leisure time,annual family income,pressure of educating children,frequency of caring for the elderly,government support,couples'relationship,and timeliness of medical treatment.Conclusion:The quality of life of rural women in Jiangsu is poor,it is recommended to improve the quality of life by improving its own cultural literacy,promoting healthy lifestyles,establishing rural family contradictory mediation mechanisms and social support networks.
