Status of Food Safety Knowledge, Attitude and Practice of Parents of 3-8 Years Old Students in Gansu Province and Its Influencing Factors

目的:了解甘肃省3-8岁学生家长食品安全知信行现状及其影响因素,为提高学生及其家长的食品安全水平提供参考。方法:对甘肃省3-8岁学生家长的食品安全知信行情况进行问卷调查,并通过多元线性回归分析其影响因素。结果:家长知识、态度、行为平均得分分别为(14.03±2.73)分、(6.61±1.31)分、(14.83±1.66)分。家长知信行得分均高于陇西县;文化程度不同,知信行得分不同;家庭经济条件越好,知信行得分越高。学生家长食品安全知识和态度主要由文化程度决定,食品安全行为主要由地区和家庭经济条件决定。结论:甘肃省3-8岁学生家长对食品安全的态度比较积极,食品安全知识和行为得分较低;文化程度、地区、家庭经济水平是其主要的影响因素。

Objective:To understand the current situation of food safety knowledge,attitude and practice of parents of 3-8 years old students in Gansu province and analyze the influencing factors,to provide reference for improving the food safety level of parents and students.Methods:The questionnaires were used to investigate the food safety knowledge of parents of 3-8 years old students,and their influencing factors were analyzed by multiple linear regression models.Results:The average scores of knowledge,attitude and behavior of parents were(14.03±2.73),(6.61±1.31)and(14.83±1.66)respectively.The scores of students'knowledge lines in Lanzhou city were higher than those in Longxi county,different degree of education,the scores of KAP were different,the higher the family economic conditions,the higher the score of KAP.The food safety knowledge and attitude of parents of 3-8 years old were mainly determined by the level of education.The food safety behavior was mainly determined by the region and family economic conditions.Conclusion:The food safety attitude of parents of 3-8 years old is relatively positive and the scores of food safety knowledge and behavior are lower.Education level,region,and family economic level are the main influencing factors.
