摘要
选取草花梨木作为原料,用超声波提取法提取草花梨木色素,优化提取工艺为:乙醇用量40%,超声功率200 W,料液比1∶5,提取温度40℃,提取时间40 min。在此基础上,通过正交实验得出草花梨木色素直接染色棉织物的优化工艺:染色温度30℃,染色时间40 min,超声功率350 W,浴比1∶20。将直接染色、同浴媒染、预媒染色、后媒染色织物进行色牢度测试,结果表明,媒染剂在一定程度上改善了草花梨木色素的上染性能。
Using rosewood as raw material,the pigment was extracted by ultrasonic method.The opti mum extraction conditions were as follows:ethanol dosage 40%,ultrasonic power 200 W,solid-liquid ratio 1∶5,extraction temperature 40℃,extraction time 40 min.On this basis,the best dyeing process of cotton fabric with rosewood pigment was obtained by orthogonal experiment:dyeing temperature 30℃,dyeing time 40 min,ultrasonic power 350 W,bath ratio 1∶20.The color fastness of the fabrics dyed by direct dyeing,one bath mordant dyeing,pre mordant dyeing and post mordant dyeing was tested.The results showed that the mordant improved the dye uptake of the rosewood pigment.
