摘要
采用水热法分别制备了α-磷酸锆(ZrP)、磷酸锆钠(NZP)、磷酸锆钾(KZP)3种载体,用离子交换法将银离子分别搭载到这3种载体上。用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、X射线能谱仪(EDX)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)对样品的化学组成、结构、形貌进行了表征;用电感耦合等离子光谱仪(ICP)对载体的载银量进行了检测;并测试了样品对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌活性。结果表明:ZrP具有较好的片层结构,NZP呈立方体形,KZP呈四边形薄片状;载银后的载体仍保持原始形貌和结构。载银能力从大到小为ZrP、NZP、KZP;抗菌能力从大到小为Ag/ZrP、Ag/NZP、Ag/KZP。
Three kinds of carriers,alpha-zirconium phosphate(ZrP),sodium zirconium phosphate(NZP)and potassium zirconium phosphate(KZP)were prepared by hydrothermal method.Silver ions were carried on these carriers by ion exchange method.The chemical composition,structure and morphology of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffractometer(XRD),energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX),scanning elec tron microscope(SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM).The silver content of the carrier was mea surd by inductively coupled plasma spectrometer(ICP).The antibacterial activity of the samples to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was tested.The results showed that ZrP had good lamellar structure,NZP was cubic,and KZP was quadrilateral lamellar.The morphology and structure of the carrier remained the same after silver carrying.The order of silver carrying capacity from large to small was:ZrP,NZP,KZP,and the order of antibacterial capacity from large to small was:Ag/ZrP,Ag/NZP,Ag/KZP.
