高效液相色谱法测定污水中的醋酸根离子

Determination of acetate ion in sewage by HPLC

采用高效液相色谱法检测醋酸根离子,最佳测定条件为:流动相甲醇-水(体积比10∶90)、流速1.0 mL/min、pH=1.8、柱温40℃、检测波长210 nm,醋酸根离子完全以醋酸的形式呈现,峰面积波动小,测量数值稳定。

HPLC was used to detect acetate ion.The optimum conditions of the determination were as follows:mobile phase methanol-water(volume ratio 10∶90),flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,pH=1.8,the column temperature 40℃,the detection wavelength 210 nm.The acetate ion was completely present in the form of acetic acid,the peak area fluctuation was small,and the measured value was stable.
