摘要
由于3D打印技术近几年的快速发展,技术门槛和价格降低,在首饰生产加工中已经普遍应用。利用光固化3D打印技术制作蜡版,起版过程更加便捷高效,成版效果更加准确和丰富,使传统首饰起蜡版这一环节中的痛点得到有效解决。但同时,光固化3D打印技术在首饰蜡模制作中也存在新的问题,例如3D模型上难塑造自然的纹理,蜡模去除支撑后表面会留下痕迹等。通过工艺探究,为解决这两个问题提供了一些思路,提高了利用3D打印技术制作蜡模的质量。
Due to the rapid development in recent years,3D printing technology has been widely used in jewelry production and processing due to the technical threshold and price reduction.The use of stereolithography 3D printing technology to produce waxworks makes the process of setting up the waxworks more convenient and efficient.The effect of wax molds is more accurate and various.The pain points in the process of setting up wax molds for traditional jewelry are effectively solved.However,at the same time,there are also new problems in the manufacturing of wax molds for jewelry by stereolithography 3D printing technology.For example,it is difficult to mold natural textures on 3D models,and traces will be left on the surface aftersupport pillars are removed.This paper explores the process to effectively solve these two problems and improve the quality of wax molds produced by 3D printing technology.
