阿托伐他汀对脑血栓疗效及颈动脉斑块面积的影响研究

Effect of atorvastatin on cerebral thrombosis patients and carotid plaque area

目的:分析脑血栓应用阿托伐他汀对疗效和颈动脉斑块面积的影响。方法:收集2016年1月—2019年5月我院脑血栓患者100例,根据随机数表法,分为两组,即对照组50例和实验组50例。对照组采用阿司匹林治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上采用阿托伐他汀,比较两组临床疗效及颈动脉斑块面积。结果:研究组总有效率92%(46/50)显著高于对照组的38%(19/50);差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05,进一步组间比较,研究组NIHSS评分(11.24±2.13)分、Barthel指数(47.40±4.62)、IMT(0.38±0.64)mm、斑块面积(1.43±0.61)cm2改善情况显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:阿托伐他汀类药物联合阿司匹林可以显著提高脑血栓疗效,能够有效缩小颈动脉斑块面积,减轻神经功能损伤程度,提高日常生活活动能力,提高临床疗效。

Objective:To analyze the effect of atorvastatin on the efficacy and carotid plaque area in patients with cerebral thrombosis.Methods:100 patients with cerebral thrombosis in our hospital from January 2016 to May 2019 were collected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into 2 groups,namely 50 patients in the control group and 50 patients in the experimental group.The control group was treated with aspirin,while the study group was treated with atorvastatin on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and carotid plaque area of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of 92%(46/50)in the study group was significantly higher than 38%(19/50)in the control group.After treatment,the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05),and further comparison between the two groups showed that the improvement of NIHSS score(11.24±2.13),Barthel index(47.40±4.62),IMT(0.38±0.64)mm and plaque area(1.43±0.61)cm2 in the two groups was significantly better than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Atorvastatin combined with aspirin can significantly improve the efficacy of cerebral thrombosis patients,effectively reduce the area of carotid artery plaque,reduce the degree of nerve function damage,improve the daily life activity ability of patients,and improve the clinical efficacy.
