柴油机车辆冒黑烟故障的原因分析

Analysis on Causes of Black Smoke of Vehicles with Diesel Engine

通过控制环境温度和中冷后进气温度,对某柴油发动机进行单变量因素台架试验,并对其结果影响进行分析;同时结合整车匹配设计与ECU数据标定,分析车辆运行过程中冒黑烟的原因及提出相应解决措施。

Through controling the ambient temperature and the intake air temperature after intercooling,the authors do an engine bench test of single variable factor and analyze its influences on the results.Meanwhile,combining with the vehicle matching design and ECU data calibration,they analyze the causes of black smoke during vehicles running and the corresponding solutions.
