氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗心肌梗塞的应用价值

Application Value of Clopidogrel Combined with Aspirin in Treatment of Chronic Myocardial Infarction

目的:探讨氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗心肌梗塞的应用价值。方法:纳入观察和统计的慢性心肌梗塞患者66例,随机分为两组,每组33例。对照组应用阿司匹林进行治疗,研究组应用氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林进行治疗。比较两组血小板计数(PLT)、血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)和活化部分凝血酶活时间(APTT)以及临床疗效与不良反应。结果:两组治疗后比较,研究组PLT水平明显降低(P<0.05)、PT和APTT明显升高(P<0.01);治疗后与治疗前比较,这3项指标的水平对照组无明显变化(P>0.05),研究组PLT水平明显降低(P<0.01)、PT和APTT明显升高(P<0.01)。总有效率对照组69.7%(23/33)、研究组93.9%(31/33)(P<0.01);不良反应发生率对照组为15.2%(5/33)、观察组为21.2%(7/33)(P>0.05)。结论:氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林对心肌梗塞的疗效明显优于单独应用阿司匹林,并可使凝血功能得到明显改善。

Objective:To probe into the application value of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in treatment of myocardial infarction.Methods:The 66 patients of myocardial infarction were fit into the observation and statistics.They were randomly divided into the two groups and the each group was 33 cases.The control group was treated by the aspirin.The study group was treated by the clopidogrel combined with the aspirin.The platelet count(PLT),plasma prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thrombin activation time(APTT)and the clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The PLT level was obviously decreased(P<0.05)and the PT,APTT level was obviously increased(P<0.01)in the comparison between two groups after treatment.The levels of three indexes were not apparently changes(P>0.05)for the control group but the PLT level was obviously decreased(P<0.01)and the PT,APTT level was obviously increased(P<0.01)for the study group after treatment in contrast with before treatment.The total efficient rate was 69.7%(23/33)in the control group and was 93.9%(31/33)in the study group(P<0.01).The adverse reaction incidence was 15.2%(5/33)in the control group and was 21.2%(7/33)in the study group(P>0.05).Conclusions:The therapeutic effects of clopidogrel combined with aspirin for the myocardial infarction obviously are superior to the simple usage of aspirin and this therapy obviously can improve the coagulation function.
