临床不合理用药现状分析与干预对策

随着现代医学的不断进步,药物不断被创新并投入临床。药物在疾病治疗过程中,面对疾病的多样化和复杂性,出现了大量的临床不合理用药现象。不合理用药现象最突出表现在错误用药或盲目用药、抗菌素滥用现象严重、对药物不良反应认识不足等问题。提高临床合理用药水平是用药安全的根本保障。本文就临床不合理用药现象进行归纳分析,并就提高临床合理用药安全性提出一些建议。

Analysis and discussion of the current situation of clinical irrational drug use and intervention strategies with the continuous progress and development of modern medicine,drugs continue to be innovated and put into clinical application.In the course of drug treatment,facing the diversity and complexity of disease,there are a lot of irrational drug use in clinic.The most prominent phenomena of unreasonable drug use are misuse or blind drug use,serious abuse of antibiotics,and insufficient awareness of adverse drug reactions.Improving the rational use of drugs in clinic is the fundamental guarantee for the efficacy and safety of drugs used by patients.This paper summarizes and analyses the phenomena of irrational drug use in clinic,and puts forward some suggestions and measures to improve the safety of rational drug use in clinic.
