摘要
高压开关柜承担着开断和关合电力线路等的重要作用。高压开关柜设备处于封闭的隔离室内,要对开关柜进行监测,设备运维人员往往只能通过柜门观察窗查看隔离开关、接地开关分合闸位置状况。但是由于开关柜结构紧凑,观察窗面积小,开关柜内部采光不良,该方法的实际应用效果较差,并且柜体开窗会影响开关柜柜体防护等级。以上原因导致封闭式高压柜监测逐渐成为影响电力安全生产的难题之一。本文采用了多个摄像头被安装在开关柜内不同位置,对柜内情况进行实时监测,并结合图像智能分析技术,发现隔离开关分、合闸异常等故障隐患。该方法能够在不打开柜门的情况下实现开关柜内部设备的监控,为开关柜故障诊断提供可靠依据,有效提高电力系统运行安全。
High voltage switchgear plays an important role in opening and closing power lines.However,since the equipment of the high-voltage switchgear is in a closed isolation room,the maintenance personnel can only check the opening and closing position of the isolation switch and the grounding switch through the observation window of the cabinet.However,due to the compact structure of the switchgear,the small size of the observation window and the poor lighting inside the switchgear,the practical effect of this method is poor.Moreover,the cabinet window will affect the protection level of the switchgear.The reasons make the switchgear inspection gradually become one of the problems affecting the safety of power production.In this paper,multiple cameras are installed in different positions in the switchgear to monitor the situation in real time.Combined with the intelligent image analysis technology,it is helpful to fi nd fault potential dangers such as abnormal opening and closing of the disconnector.This method can realize the monitoring of the internal equipment of the switchgear without opening the door of the cabinet,provide reliable basis for the fault diagnosis of the switch cabinet,and effectively improve the safety of power operation.
