某试验堆蓄电池充放电装置设计

摘要 为了对某试验堆所配套的以及主工艺关键系统所配置的铅酸蓄电池进行有效维护,设计了一套智能化的蓄电池充放电装置。该装置采用模块化设计思想,利用高频开关电源技术,对蓄电池进行智能三阶段充电;采用PWM恒流放电技术,保证蓄电池以恒定电流进行放电,方便蓄电池做核对性放电试验。充放电过程高度自动化,无需人工干预,装置控制精度高,体积小,可移动,有效解决了某试验堆蓄电池组维护的困境。 In order to maintain the lead-acid battery of a test reactor and the main process key system,an intelligent battery charging and discharging device is designed.The device adopts the modular design idea,uses the high-frequency switching power technology to charge the battery intelligently in three stages,and adopts the PWM constant current discharge technology to ensure that the battery discharges at a constant current,which is convenient for the battery to do the check discharge test.The process of charging and discharging is highly automatic,without manual intervention,the device has high control accuracy,small volume and can be moved,which effectively solves the problem of battery maintenance in a test reactor.
